Robbery in Nettleham Road, Lincoln

The arrested man (36) has been released on bail.

Original release:

We are working to identify a driver that might have seen a robbery outside the fire station in Nettleham Road, Lincoln at 0.50am this morning.

It is believed a man and a woman assaulted a female victim who is in her 30's - she had her bag stolen. The man was on a pushbike and the assault is believed to have momentarily stopped when a vehicle passed by.

The victim sustained injuries to her face, neck and the back of her head and was taken to hospital by an officer.
