Alan Davidson, aged 38, has pleaded guilty to the theft of money from a man outside the HSBC last week.
Around 9.30 on Wednesday 28 November A man was stood by the HSBC having drawn £10 from the cash point when Alan Davidson walked by and took the money out of the victims hand.
Alan Davidson was arrested following the theft by a police officer who had seen the circulation of an image and appeal for information. Davidson was charged and appeared at Lincoln Magistrates Court the following day. He pleaded guilty and was fined £40 and ordered to pay £10 compensation to the victim.
