Request

1.    Do you currently have a Video Conferencing system or display in your Interview rooms? If so, can you specify which system you use?

2.    How many evidential Interview rooms do you have at each Custody Centre?

3.    Do you have any Virtual Courtrooms in your custody estate? If so, please specify how many and where they are?

4.    What type of Video Conferencing equipment do you currently have in your Virtual Courtrooms?

5.    Do you have a nominated "Digital First" lead in your force? If so, please provide a name and email address for that person?

 

Reply

1.    No, we use tablets to connect to the internet for this function.

2.    3 at Boston

       2 at Skegness

       5 at Lincoln

       4 at Grantham

3.    There is no function at Skegness. Grantham has a video link room, just outside custody as does Lincoln.

4.    Polycom (Cable & Wireless) equipment was installed throughout the estate. 

5.    Not confirmed at this time
