The data extracted includes all Domestic Violence Protection Notices (DVPN), Domestic Violence Protection Orders (DVPOs), Interim and Full Stalking Protection Orders (SPO) issued in each of the years requested.
It must be noted that one individual can be subject of a court order more than once over the time period requested.
Stalking Protection Orders were introduced by the Stalking Protection Act 2019 and came into force on 20 January 2020.

The data extracted includes all Domestic Abuse (as per the ACPO definition) and Stalking & Harassment occurrences that have taken place after the date of the 1st breach of an order in each of the years requested.
The person that breached must be the Suspect/Offender on the occurrences. It must be noted that one individual can be a suspect/offender on an occurrence more than once over the time period requested.
