Registering a change in circumstances or new visa

If you previously registered with us online and you need to update your police registration certificate (PCR) with new visa details, new address, marriage/divorce details or a new passport, you'll need to log back into your account.

Please then select the ‘Transfer’ option and complete the details as requested. Make sure you select an appointment date and time to attend to have your existing police registration certificate updated.

Recently moved to Lincolnshire?

If you've already registered in a different police force area and you move to Lincolnshire, you'll need to ‘transfer’ to us. See our How to register page and follow the instructions on registering an account in our online portal. When you've set up an account, select the 'Transfer' option and complete the details as requested.

Please make sure you select an appointment date and time to attend to have your existing police registration certificate updated.

When you need to tell us

A change in your circumstances has to be reported within seven days. 

All changes are free of charge as long as you have your police registration certificate.
