Building Resilience Workshop
The session will be led by Robertson Cooper
The focus of this session will be to introduce the topic generally and provide delegates with some practical ‘take aways’, including spotting signs and symptoms and ‘top tips’. The session will also include: introducing the concepts of wellbeing resilience and a good day at work, why these are important and presenting some practical tips that delegates can use to have control of their work environment.
Spaces are limited to 30 in a syndicate layout
The session will be led by Amanda Ball.
An interactive session hosted and presented by Amanda Ball who is Senior Lecturer in Media Law and Public Administration at the Centre for broadcasting and Journalism at Nottingham Trent University and has been employed by APComm to deliver media law training for a number of years. Amanda will provide a comprehensive overview of media law including Contempt, an overview of the implications of Leveson.

- Location: Belton Woods Hotel, Grantham.
Refreshments and lunch will also be provided free of charge.
If you want accommodation on the night prior to the free session (Tuesday November 21st) you will need to book and pay separately direct with the hotel. The rates are:
- bed and breakfast, £85 (including VAT)
- dinner, bed and breakfast, £120 (including VAT)
