Prior to retiring in April 2011, Graham had been working for forty years as a civil servant. The last ten years had been working with and supporting the various criminal justice agencies / bodies to deliver the Home Office crime reduction targets and strategies.
Since retiring he has become more involved with various local charities / organisations that help support the community in the Deepings.
Currently Graham is the Chair of the local Scout Group, Vice Chair of the Deeping St James United Charities, co-ordinator for the Deepings Foodbank and treasurer to the First Responders. He has also been a member of the local policing panel since 2010.
