Incident 360 of Friday 25th May 2012
This incident took place at around 4:15pm on Friday 25th May 2012. A school bus carrying a number of children aged approximately between 12 and 16 left the road and entered a roadside ditch. The driver sustained an arm injury and some of the children (around 4 or 5, exact number not yet established or entered on the incident log) have minor cuts and bruises. One child may require a wouind to be stitched. A replacement bus is almost at the scene to convey the children to their destination.
It is thought that a Mini Cooper car (no further description at this stage) may have been involved in the incident but it left the scene. Police are making efforts to trace that car.
