Roger Dolling is a long term prisoner currently serving his sentence at North Sea Camp for a violent offence committed in 1983. After spending time at a bail hostel in London SW2 on temporary release, he was due to return to North Sea Camp on Saturday 29 April but failed to arrive. It is believed Dolling is still in the London area.
He is 5' 11" tall, of slight build, with thinning cropped grey hair. He wears glasses and has scars on his right cheek and forehead.
