Police are concerned for the safety of 31 year-old Jakub Gladski, who went missing from his home in Union Place, Boston, on Monday evening.
Mr Gladski's green Citroen car was located in the Chapel St Leonards area but he has not been able to be contacted and there is growing concern for his wellbeing.
Mr Gladski is 5' 10" tall, of stocky build and has short brown hair and a beard/moustache.
Anyone who has sighted Mr Gladski, or who has any knowledge of his whereabouts, is asked to contact Lincolnshire Police on 101.
