I have been your Chief Constable for two years and would like to take this opportunity to tell you about the progress we have made over the recent months and share with you my ambition for the future.

This 4 year vision sets out 16 important objectives which will sustain our focus on developing our future workforce at a time when substantial change is taking place, and our focus on having the right skills available at the right time to continue to deliver the best possible services to the people of Lincolnshire.

This plan sets out how we intend to improve the services we provide to the people of Lincolnshire.

We are committed to providing you with best possible service and in order to do this we have worked with you to agree a Service Charter for policing in Lincolnshire
