Description: All Lincolnshire Police policies will be published under this class of information. These provide statements of principle providing guidance and direction to staff. These will include the force's records management and personal data policies. Where procedures do not contain sensitive information that may be legitimately exempted under the Freedom of Information Act, these will also be published.
In addition, the force will provide access to its customer service standards and complaint procedures, charging regime and cost recovery policy.
Note: Some policies have been aligned with the new force structure coming into effect on the 31st May 2011.
