1. Lincolnshire Police joined the scheme on 1st October 2010.

2. Between 1st October 2010 and 21st January 2011 Lincolnshire Police received 45 enquiries under the Child Sex Offender Disclosure Scheme.

Fewer than 10 of these enquiries were however actual applications according to the terms of the scheme. The other cases were when calls were received from people asking about specific individuals, where those people wrongly thought their enquiry fell within the Scheme. These enquirers were offered appropriate advice and directed to literature on our website.

Currently we do not hold a record of enquiries that would enable us to provide a monthly breakdown.

3. Between 1st October 2010 and 21st January 2011 Lincolnshire Police made fewer than 5 disclosures under the Child Sex Offender Disclosure Scheme.

Again, we do not currently hold a record of enquiries that would enable us to provide a monthly breakdown.

5. Between 1st October 2010 and 21st January 2011 there have been no reported attacks on registered sex offenders within the area served by Lincolnshire Police.
