1. In the 12 months to 31 March 2009 how many apparent offences (red-light and speed cameras) were detected by your Speed Camera Partnership?
2. Of these offences how many were finalised by (a) a fixed penalty, (b) a court summons, and (c) were not proceeded with? If the total in Q.1 is not equal to the total of 2(a) + 2(b) + 2(c) please explain why there is a discrepancy.
3. For those offences that were not proceeded with please indicate how many were not proceeded with for the following reasons:
   a) Visitor from abroad or foreign vehicle
   b) Emergency vehicles total broken down into (i) police, (ii) ambulance and (iii) fire brigade
   c) Written warning
   d) Stolen vehicle
