Regarding the A15 at Snitterby for the year to November 2007:

  1. How many casualties were caused by HGV vehicles solely exceeding the 40mph speed limit? Do not include casualties caused by other factors or where an additional speeding charge was made.
  2. Of the total number of casualties caused by HGV vehicles for whatever reason how many were British registered trucks and how many were non British registered trucks?
  3. - 3. How many HGV drivers were prosecuted, either by Fixed Penalty or through the courts, by Traffic Police Officers for exceeding the 40mph speed limit? Please do not include Fixed Safety Camera prosecutions in this figure.
  4. Of the number given in answer to 3. how many were British registered trucks and how many were non British registered trucks?
  5. How many HGV drivers were prosecuted, either by Fixed Penalty or through the courts, by using Fixed Safety Camera data for exceeding the 40 mph speed limit?
