Local Policing is the delivery of policing services across our 11 neighbourhood areas. Chief Superintendent Lee Freeman is the Head of the Local Policing department across Lincolnshire. Local Policing comprises both Neighbourhood Policing and Neighbourhood Response teams.

The Operations Support department is led by Chief Superintendent Russ Hardy and Superintendent Maria Staniland. This department provides force-wide functions and the force’s resilience and capability to provide certain aspects of our protective services.

The Crime department consists of two main themes; protective services and volume crime. Protective services is the umbrella term used to describe the police response to the most serious crimes and the potential threats from which the public must be protected.
