The anti-social behaviour issues in Kirton mentioned in the last newsletter have been substantially reduced in recent weeks due to continued pro-active policing by local officers. Following a number of arrests last month all the juveniles involved have attended court to be dealt with for the offences they had committed. Two of the juveniles have signed up to Acceptable Behaviour Contracts which have placed restrictions on their movements and have also been ordered to pay £450 in compensation for the damage which they have caused around the village. A third juvenile is being dealt with separately for several breaches of an Anti Social Behaviour Order.
