This page explains what has been done to tackle local issues you've raised. Current local priorities we are dealing with are listed on our Priorities page.
Criminal Damage to Vehicles
So far a detailed request for analysis has been submitted, to identify:
- The Hotspots,
- Any specific time of day or night these incidents are occurring.
- Any specific offender profiles.
The analysis is due mid June. In the meantime high visibility patrols continue across the peak time hours to offer reassurance, and dedicated hours of darkness patrols are tasked with preventing further damages from occurring.
Anti Social Behaviour from vehicle users
PCSO and Police Officer patrols are designated to provide reassurance and deal with any Anti Social Behaviour from vehicle users at school start and finish times. An initiative will be run with children from the school, educating drivers about speed around the Zebra Crossing. This will be occurring before the summer break.
Anti Social Behaviour
Work continues with Partner Agencies to:
- Identify the individuals involved
- Deal with instances of Anti Social Behaviour positively; ensuring that once identified the appropriate enforcement action is taken.
- Maintaining the Firebreak project run in association with Lincolnshire Fire Brigade, to encourage the Youth element to engage in more positive activities.
- Working with partner agencies to ensure a joint problem solving initiative is adhered to.
