Force-wide response to urgent and priority incidents
Our Neighbourhood Response Teams provide our force-wide 24/7 response to urgent and priority incidents. They are led by Superintendent Keith Owen and Chief Inspector Phil Vickers.
These teams are divided into ‘shift groups’ to provide 24 hour cover and are co-located with the Neighbourhood Policing teams and led by Neighbourhood Response Inspectors: These are:
Group A:

Group B
- Inspector Andy Morrice, Skegness
- Acting Inspector, Lincoln
- Acting Inspector, Grantham
Group C
- Inspector Jim Tyner, Spalding
- Inspector Jim Keenan, Lincoln Centre
Group D
- Inspector Clive Cook, Lincoln North
- Inspector Mark Hillson, Grantham
- Inspector Andy Leighton, Boston
Group E
- Inspector Mark Kirwan, Lincoln South
