Protective Services and Volume Crime
Detective Chief Superintendent Heather Roach is the Head of the Crime Department which consists of two main themes; protective services and volume crime. The Department is responsible for providing leadership, direction, support and advice in specialist crime functions and on all matters of crime strategy and policy. The Head of the Department is supported by the Management Team which head up several sections of Crime Department including:

Volume Crime includes the majority of offences which are committed in Lincolnshire, and as such have a significant impact on many victims and communities. The types of offences include street robbery, burglary, most types of theft, vehicle crime, criminal damage and drugs offences.
